Jetbox Increases Capacity for Folding Boxes
After the successful commissioning of the Turbox 230 from Bahmüller, we have installed another folding gluing machine.
In addition to the existing Domion, Starfold, and Turbox gluing machines, we now have a total of 4 folding gluing machines with the Jetbox. This enables us to meet growing customer requirements. The Jetbox optimally complements the Turbox. Since one machine can be operated on the right and the other on the left and are located next to each other, both machines can be operated by one setter. The proven folding hook technology of the Turbox is also used for the Jetbox. Shortest set-up times are guaranteed by the novel operating concept with automatic positioning of all adjustment axes and easily accessible modules.
Integration into the intralogistics system enables full productivity utilization of this machine. Folding cartons with 4 gluing points, silicone tear strips and a working width of 1700 mm can be produced on this machine.
The line was installed and commissioned a few weeks ago.
