New Office Building at Industriestrasse Planned
It feels like our development center at Industriestrasse with its offices has only just been put into operation, and the number of employees has continuously increased, so capacities are already becoming scarce again. Thus, planning for a new office building has been underway for more than a year under the leadership of Linda Stärk with the Goldbeck company. Together, a future-oriented and sustainable design concept has been developed.
The new building will be constructed at Industriestrasse with three floors next to the development center and connected to it via a hallway on the second floor. It will provide around 2,300 square meters of space for 75 office workspaces, several meeting rooms, and - as the centerpiece - a cafeteria with an inviting roof terrace. The modern "open space" design is intended to promote constructive team interaction and open communication. In addition, the entire building will be sustainability certified.
The construction company Goldbeck has more than 10,000 employees and 104 locations in Europe, so we have a strong partner at our side for the implementation of the extensive construction project.
After receiving a partial building permit from the district of Vechta, we immediately started the groundwork and expect the new building to be commissioned at the end of 2024.
